1. General Provisions 1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the terms and conditions for using the Community Power website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). 1.2. By using the Website, you confirm your acceptance of the terms of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy. 1.3. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you must cease using the Website.
2. Subject of the Agreement 2.1. Community Power provides users with access to information about programs, initiatives, events, and services related to the activities of the International Community Power House. 2.2. This Agreement applies to all users, including visitors, registered participants, and partners.

5. Intellectual Property 5.1. 6. Personal Data and Confidentiality 6.1. The processing of users’ personal data is carried out in accordance with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). 6.2. Details regarding data processing and protection are set out in the Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability 7.1. Community Power endeavors to ensure uninterrupted operation of the Website but does not guarantee continuous or error-free functionality. 7.2. Community Power shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Website. 7.3. The user uses the Website at their own risk.
8. Links to Third-Party Resources The Website may contain links to third-party websites. Community Power is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of such third-party resources.
9. Amendments to the Agreement 9.1. Community Power reserves the right to amend the terms of this Agreement. 9.2. The updated version shall enter into force from the moment it is published on the Website.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction 10.1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. 10.2. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Emirate of Dubai.
