Purpose of the Code This Code establishes the ethical and professional standards expected of all participants, ensuring a respectful, open, and safe atmosphere at both Community Power Dubai events and online spaces. 3. 4. Scope This Code applies to all participants, partners, and guests of Community Power Dubai, whether attending in-person events (forums, workshops, networking sessions) or engaging in online spaces (chats, social media, platforms, newsletters). 5. Expected Conduct Encouraged behaviors:
Respectful, friendly, and inclusive communication
Sharing knowledge and supporting fellow participants
Constructive engagement and feedback
Prohibited behaviors:
Discrimination, harassment, aggression, or offensive language
Violation of UAE laws
Provocation, defamation, or trolling
Sharing personal data without consent
Advertising or self-promotion (see Section 6)
Unauthorized use of the Community Power Dubai brand
6. Advertising and Self-Promotion Policy To preserve a culture of trust and collaboration, Community Power Dubai spaces strictly prohibit:
Posting or distributing advertisements for products or services
Promoting MLM schemes, network marketing, investment programs, or financial pyramids
Sharing links to websites, products, or services without approval
Sending unsolicited promotional messages to participants
Using meetings or chats for self-promotion without moderator consent
Exceptions are granted only to official partners, sponsors, and invited speakers, as approved by the organizing team. 7. Reporting Conflicts or Violations If you witness a violation or feel uncomfortable, please report it to info@communitypower.com. Reports can be submitted anonymously. The organizing team will review all reports and take appropriate measures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. 8. Possible Consequences Depending on the severity of the violation, the organizing team may take one or more of the following actions:
Verbal or written warning
Removal of posts or comments
Temporary suspension of access to platforms
Expulsion from the community
Termination of partnership agreements
9. Acceptance Participation in Community Power Dubai events and communications signifies agreement with this Code of Conduct.
